If so, banks and online brokerages often will post a notice on their website or send out on the Quicken Community Support site, call Quicken Customer service.
Thanks for the reply. I now understand that the "Quicken Online Service" is a term being used for One Step Update (or OSU), sorry for the confusion. Apparently this is a known issue - this is the suggested approach to fix it: Go into Preferences. Sign in as a different user, but Sign in using the exact Quicken User ID and Password. I have to do that multiple times to remove the box and then a message appears in another smaller rectanglular box that says "Quicken online service is unavailable at this time". I've tried closing and reopening Quicken and restarting the computer. I need to update my accounts. My Quicken Year is 2019, Version: R19.44 and Build: 17.1.19.44 Since last week I have been unable to update my accounts on Quicken (for windows) I keep getting an error pop up *Quicken's Online service is unavailable at this time. Same problemVersion is 19.44 Home & Business, using Windows 10, have used Quicken for over 25 years and Today I can't get past the blank "Success" message in order to use online services. When I clear it I enter my password 3 different times, then get a "online services unavailable message"?? Sometimes certain conditions or system settings will prevent Quicken from successfully connecting to these online services. Click the Edit button on the account you want to activate.
